Referral Reward Eligibility Criteria

To receive a referral reward, the friend you invite to Zolvat must complete a few steps before the specified deadline. As your invitee completes each step, it will be marked in green within the app.
Only the person sending the invitation will be eligible for the reward, unless you have received direct communication from Zolvat about additional rewards.

Steps Your Invitee Needs to Complete

Once your invitee successfully completes all required steps, they will be marked as completed in the ‘Invite Friends’ section. However, card payments will only appear as completed (green) once fully processed.

Sign Up

  • Your invitee must sign up as a new customer on Zolvat using your unique referral link.
  • They need to verify their identity, just like all new customers.
  • Users under 18 are not eligible for referral rewards.

Add Money

  • Your friend must add funds to their Zolvat account using a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer.
  • Transfers between Zolvat accounts do not count.

Order a Physical Card

  • Your invitee must order a physical card.
  • Cards associated with Zolvat Business or Joint Accounts are not eligible.

Make Purchases

  • The invitee must make a minimum number of eligible purchases online or in-store using their virtual or physical Zolvat card.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions also qualify.

Additional Criteria to Consider

  • Currency exchange transactions, transfers, gambling, and gift cards are not considered valid purchases.
  • Purchases must meet or exceed the minimum amount specified on the ‘Referrals’ screen (varies by region).
  • Some referral campaigns may require a different number of purchases or for them to be made on separate days before the campaign ends.

How to Check Active Referral Requirements:

  • Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner.
  • Select ‘Invite Friends’ to view details of the current referral campaign.
  • Review ‘Terms & Conditions’ at the bottom of the page for full details.
